• Terms and conditions
StellioProjects undertakes to manufacture, supply and install products in accordance with company provisions. The purchase prices remain the amount stated on our contracts.
1. Prices
1.1 The purchase price will include the manufacturing and the installation of products as well as the design work. Plumbing, installations, brickwork, tiling, and all other finishes are not included in the purchase price unless otherwise stated in your agreement.
1.2 The price is calculated on the assumption that the project will be completed on a level floor and even walls.
1.3 Any additional work will be charged extra unless otherwise stipulated.
1.4 Quotations valid for 14 days.
2. Risk
2.1 Any risk associated with any project, once completed, will transfer to the client.
2.2 The customer will make provisions for the safe storage of goods and any damage done to goods, especially by other contractors, is at the customers own risk.
3. Materials
3.1 The customer acknowledges that:
3.1.1 Natural wood materials can/will have substantial differences in terms of grain and colour;
3.1.2 Where manmade products are used, colours can vary; and
3.1.3 No claims can be made as a result of grain and colour variations.
4. Disputes
4.1.1 Any disputes arising beyond that of alleged bad workmanship, materials or finishes may be settled in a court of law.
5. Service Address
5.1 Parties appoint their service address for all purposes as set out in the agreement.
6. Miscellaneous
6.1 No time extension granted by either party shall:
6.1.1 function or be viewed as a waiver of rights;
6.1.2 be a novation of the agreement; or
6.1.3 preclude a party thereafter from exercising their rights in accordance with the agreement.
6.2 No party will be bound by any express or implied terms, representations, warranties, promises or the like, which are not included in the agreement, whether or not it was alleged to be included in the agreement.

• Payments
All payments can be done via EFT. Once payment is received we can package your products and dispatch your goods. Full payment is needed in order to secure your order and ownership of the product will only be passed onto the customer once payment is received in full.
